Dan is a husband, father, professor and entrepreneur who enjoys combining the worlds of education, business, and ministry by applying computer technology to solve problems. He is both a bit builder and a bit builder educator. He has enjoyed starting businesses ever since he was a kid selling everything from lemonade on the street corner to mowing lawns and blowing snow. He is head of the computer science department at BJU, serves as a deacon in his church, Hampton Park Baptist, serves on the board of several Christian ministries, fulfills the roles of CFO and CTO for The Worthwhile Company, CompuSoft Solutions, J&W Properties and ParisView Holdings. Dan’s hobbies are snow skiing in the Rockies, traveling around the globe helping missionaries with technology, driving sports cars and motorcycles on the Blue Ridge Parkway, and taking folks to visit the Creation Museum in northern KY where they are challenged to consider the impact of biblical authority on many important life issues. His favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 4:23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.
